Rigo Van den Broeck
Executive Vice President, Cyber Security Product Innovation
Rigo Van den Broeck leads Cyber Security Product Innovation as part of
Mastercard’s Cyber & Intelligence organization. He is responsible for
managing the cyber products globally, including oversight over RiskRecon, a
Mastercard company, and Safety Net. He leads the development of new
solutions and programs that provide our stakeholders with insights to mitigate
cyber-attacks.
Rigo has an extensive background in fraud and security, specifically in Europe,
where he was previously responsible for Mastercard’s safety and security
product strategy, developing go-to-market approaches, and spearheading
product initiatives in areas such as fraud decisioning, complaint management
and authentication (i.e. PSD2 compliance & EMV 3DS). He is also
instrumental in key acquisitions and joint ventures.
Prior to Mastercard, Rigo held positions at KBC Bank with responsibilities
across Europe.
Rigo holds a Masters in Applied Economics, with a major in marketing, as well
as degrees in Psychology and Education from Catholic University of Leuven.

Prior to founding RiskRecon, Kelly held various enterprise security roles, including CISO and Director of Information Security for financial services companies. Kelly was also practice manager and senior security consultant for CyberTrust and Ernst & Young.

Michael has over 20 years of experience in IT Audit, Information Security, and Fraud Prevention, including more than 8 years in dealing with big security data. Prior to joining RiskRecon, Michael served as Senior Vice President for Data Science and Analytics for Zions Bancorporation, and in that role, he was responsible for driving the strategy of the company’s security data warehouse and overseeing the security analytics and fraud prevention departments. Michael’s 20-year tenure at Zions Bancorporation included multiple executive leadership positions. During that time, he directed a team that designed a Risk Assessment App tracking over 600 corporate applications. Michael is a frequent presenter at security and fraud conferences and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Peter Kobs brings more than 20 years of B2B sales experience to his role at RiskRecon. Before joining RiskRecon, Kobs served as the CRO for FireMon from 2016 - 2018, was the Vice President of Global Accounts at CommVault since April 2015, and prior to that held the title Vice President of America Sales at the same company.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kobs has led high-performance sales organizations at B2B enterprise companies including McAfee, Pedestal Software, KVS, Informatica, Allaire and Platinum Technology. Mr. Kobs holds a B.A in political science from Loyola University Chicago.

Jesse began his career at Zions Bancorporation, where he worked as a Software Developer for seven years before being promoted to a Senior Information Security Engineer position. Jesse received a bachelor of science degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology.

Chris has over 20 years of experience in operations management, information technology, and business development working across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining RiskRecon, Chris served as the Vice President of Operations and Client Management for Career Step (now Carrus), and in that role, he was responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction and allocation of resources of the Operations, Account Management and Customer Service B2B and B2C teams. Prior to Career Step, Chris was the President of Facility Management Engineering in St. George, Utah providing technology and consulting solutions in the facility management market. Chris joined RiskRecon in 2019 and brings his expertise to oversee the company’s Operations department and support the company's clients, products, customer base, and employees. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Technology with an emphasis in Computer Science.

Claire Le Gal currently is Senior Vice President, responsible for the Fraud Intelligence, Strategy and Cyber Products team in the Cyber & Intelligence Solutions division at Mastercard. In that role, she is responsible for a variety of global functions, including fraud reporting & analytics, cyber security solution development (including the RiskRecon product vertical) and the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure that the integrity of the MasterCard payment systems is maintained as payment technologies evolve. Claire also chairs the MasterCard Global Fraud Advisory Council and the Mastercard Global Payment Integrity Coalition.
