Per the Terms, upon expiration of the trial period, this agreement will continue for an initial term of twelve (12) months. The subscriber will convert to an annual user pay subscription, unless the subscriber provides Mastercard with written request to terminate the agreement within the fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the trial period.
