Description
As part of the Mastercard C&I portfolio, RiskRecon’s high-performing AI platform – used by Fortune 500 companies – helps users understand and act on third party cyber security risk.
The RiskRecon team is looking for a UI/UX designer to research and design risk assessment user interfaces that are innovative and create a great user experience. You will collaborate with the product and development teams to design, prototype and build new interface elements, page navigation, and site functions. You will identify design opportunities and champion user-centered innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
This is a temporary contract position with an end date of 12/31/2021
It may also end before 12/31/2021 depending on project completion date
Minimum Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience with User Experience design
Rapid prototyping software such as Figma, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, UXPin and the like is a must; basic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript skills preferred.
React/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS experience preferred
Willingness to be hands on with product development to thoroughly understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision;
Experience in using UX design best practices to design intuitive, user centered solutions
A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
Experience designing business-to-business (B2B) applications
Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to all levels of the organization
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
